The Hawkers Cart

A meditative and repetitive work that follows the feet and carts of numerous hawkers as they traverse the streets of Phnom Penh. Shot on Standard 8 film the rhythmic footage reflects the countless hours they spend walking in order to make a living. It pays homage to the solitude of their journey and the charm of their only companion, the cart.
