Will Gray

Will Gray has worked in a variety of roles in the past 18 years. In 2002, they began their career as a Research Associate at Medtronic. Three years later, they moved to McKinsey & Company as a Consultant. In 2007, they became Digital Programming and Strategy at MTV Networks. Two years later, they joined Cinder Block (acquired by Bandmerch) as EVP, Business Development. In 2012, they co-founded Three Cherries. In 2014, they became Head of Consumer Products & Licensing at Riot Games. Finally, in 2018, they were appointed Head of Central Operations at Forward.

Will Gray has a Masters degree in Medical Engineering from Harvard Medical School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
