Sashi Kumar

Sashi Kumar is the Managing Director for India at Indeed. Prior to this, Sashi served as the National Sales Manager for Corporate Business at Monster.com from April 2014 to March 2015. In this role, Sashi was responsible for the corporate accounts business of Monster India nationally. Sashi selected, developed and coached a team of corporate sales professionals to meet or exceed assigned sales goals. Sashi also collaborated with marketing and technology teams to develop competitive products for the sales team to take to market.

Sashi began their career as a Management Trainee at Tata Infomedia from July 2001 to July 2002. Sashi then served as Regional Head for TMS & International Sales at Monster.com from July 2002 to August 2013. In this role, Sashi was responsible for managing the TMS & International Sales operations for India, SEA and Gulf region.

Sashi has a proven track record in sales and leadership. Sashi is an excellent communicator and motivator, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Sashi’s experience and skills will be a valuable asset to Indeed.

Sashi Kumar has an MBA in Marketing from Pondicherry University. Sashi also has a degree from PSBB and IHM Chennai.

Sashi Kumar reports to Nolan Farris, Chief Revenue Officer. They work with Derek Diviney - VP, EMEA Customer Success & Sales, Tomas Lepp - National Account Manager, and Gines Mayor Gambin - VP, CS & Sales Strategy.
