Ross Rader

VP, Customer Experience at Tucows

Ross Rader is the VP of Customer Experience at Tucows. Ross has held this position since January 1999. Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing at Internet Direct from January 1993 to January 1999. Ross has also been a board member for CIRA since September 2004 and held the position of Chair, Policy Development Committee from February 2011 to October 2011. Ross was also the Board Elections Committee Chair for UMCA from April 2010 to December 2010. Ross is also a founding member of ICANN's Board Nominating Committee - ALAC Representative, where they served from December 2003 to December 2009.


Ross Rader's educational career includes completing an Advanced Management Training program at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Ross also has a background in Gamification from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Ross has completed a course in Business Process Design for Strategic Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Furthermore, they have completed a course in Introduction to Supply Chain Management from the Saylor Academy. Ross also has experience in Not-For-Profit Governance Essentials Program from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Lastly, they hold a degree in Economics, Anthropology, World Religions, and English from The University of Winnipeg.


Ross Rader reports to Elliot Noss, President & CEO. They work with Jill Szuchmacher - Chief Strategy Officer and EVP Networks, David Woroch - CEO, Tucows, and Michael Goldstein - VP, Sales and Marketing.
