Prior to their current role, Pradeep worked as the Senior Vice President of Data Science at Oscar Health, where they leveraged Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to refactor healthcare and improve health outcomes for everyone.

Pradeep also served as the VP of Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence at Workday, where they infused these technologies into all software product pillars and organizations. With a focus on transparent, explainable, and high-performance enterprise software products, Pradeep's team collaborated across the company to build unique products.

Before joining Workday, Pradeep held the position of Chief AI Officer at SymphonyAI, leading applied AI and Machine Learning initiatives in various domains such as healthcare, commerce, internet of things, and enterprise & infrastructure. Pradeep'swork emphasized building high-performance, data-driven, and algorithmically intelligent enterprise software.

Pradeep's career also includes roles at Adobe, Collective, Tumri Inc., Verity, Inktomi, and iLeverage. At Adobe, they served as the VP of Engg. Marketing Cloud, overseeing search, personalization, AI/ML, mobility, and content marketing. At Collective, they were the Vice President of Engineering, and at Tumri Inc., they co-founded the company and served as the CTO. Pradeep also worked as a Senior Software Architect at Verity and held engineering leadership roles at Inktomi, specializing in search.

In their early career, Pradeep co-founded iLeverage, where they played a crucial role in architecting and building a real-time messaging infrastructure and personalization software.
