Nithin Bose is the VP of Customer Success at Very Good Security. Nithin has over 12 years of experience in data infrastructure and customer success.


Nithin started their career at Splunk as the Sr Director of Data Infrastructure. Nithin was responsible for making Splunk the first and best customer of their product. This meant that 40% of the organization was able to make data-driven decisions. Nithin also jumpstarted the business intelligence and data analytics platform which allowed for self-service among operational teams in Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Furthermore, they built an internal services team that conceptualized, built, and championed new use cases using Agile development practices.


After Splunk, Nithin became the Head of Customer Success Engineering at Datacoral Inc. There, they were responsible for the customer journey post-landing. This included customer onboarding, adoption, renewals, and operations. Nithin successfully drove 95% Gross Retention and 120% Net Retention. In addition, Nithin built and grew the Sales Engineering function. This function was responsible for refining the product-market fit, building solution architectures, facilitating demos, and trial programs. Lastly, they led technology partnerships with SaaS providers to enable warehousing and analytics.


Nithin has been in their current position as the VP of Customer Success at Very Good Security since January 2020.


Nithin Bose has a Masters in Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor in Engineering from RV College Of Engineering in Computer Science. Nithin also has certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master and from PMI in PMP.


Their manager is Mahmoud Abdelkader, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Marshall Jones - CTO & Co-Founder, Sudeep Goswami - VP, Sales, and Alay Desai - VP & GM, Platform.
