Kristen Jeena

Kristen Jeena is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Care.com, where they have worked since March 2018. In their role, Kristen manages the recruitment team from candidate pipeline development, candidate experience, to onboarding. Kristen also oversees the company's annual recruitment budget and ensures compliance of job descriptions with each state's current regulations.

Under Kristen's leadership, the recruitment team has increased hiring by 33% and decreased the time to fill open positions globally by 34%. Kristen has also developed and led the initiative to decrease the time to fill open positions globally during 2019 – 2020 by 34%. In addition, they have created internal processes for the recruitment team to achieve KPIs – D&I, time to fill, hires per recruiter.

Prior to joining Care.com, Kristen worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at a number of companies, including XYZ Corporation and ABC Corporation.

Kristen Jeena graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University and continued their education at Sorbonne Université, where they studied French Art and Theirtory. Kristen later earned their MBA in Marketing from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.

Kristen Jeena reports to Tim Allen, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Alex Sherman - General Manager, Lifemart, Virag Khara - Head of Care for Business, and Cindi Moreland - SVP, General Counsel.
