Hanno Liem

Hanno Liem is the current Chief Technology Officer at Tucows. Hanno has held this position since November 2017. Prior to joining Tucows, Liem was with Rakuten as Vice Department Manager in the Global Operations Department from April 2014 to November 2017. Hanno was also with Rakuten Kobo Inc. as VP Global Operations from June 2014 to November 2017. Prior to that, they were with Kobo Inc. as VP Operations from December 2010 to June 2014.

Liem began their career in January 2008 as a Senior Systems Engineer with eBay Inc. Hanno left eBay Inc. in October 2010 to join de Plannensmederij as a trainer. In January 2009, they became CEO and owner of Daystreams. Hanno remained in this role until December 2016 when they became the owner of Indyra BV. From January 2000 to December 2001, they served as Interim manager with New Amsterdam IT.

Hanno Liem studied computer science at Leiden University and B.C. Schondeln in Roermond.
