Gines Mayor Gambin (He/Him/His)

Gines the Vice President of Product Strategy & Operations and Trust & Safety Operations at Indeed, the world's leading job site. His role is to drive innovation and scale for our product offering and ensure users can engage safely on our platform, in alignment with our mission of helping people get jobs. He leads a team of over 500 employees across multiple functions and regions, and partner with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to deliver on our strategic goals and priorities.

Prior to Indeed, Gines worked in Strategy positions at Linkedin, Yahoo, Google and Booz Allen Hamilton. He also worked for the Winter Olympics in Turin in 2005.

Gines holds an MBA by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master & Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering by Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.
