We have extremely high test coverage (over 80%).
We release to production multiple times a day.
Our CI runs a coding standard tool that rejects code based on style and complexity.
We are on the latest version of all our tech stacks.
Our engineering team operates on two weeks sprint cycles. Each cycle begins with a meeting to discuss time estimates for features, and ends with a demo meeting where each engineer can show off the work they've completed. Engineers typically work with a UX designer and PM and any other interested parties to spec a feature, then work on the feature individually. We use Pull Requests on GitHub to conduct code reviews. All engineers are also empowered to push code to production, which we often do multiple times a day.
ClickUp, Sentry, Cypress, Codacy, Snyk, HyperPing, JetBrains IDE, TablePlus, GitHub Desktop, iTerm, Fellow and, obviously, Slack :)
